It's Tokka week!
And here is my entry for Day 1 - Bending the Rules.
Ever notice that in the Avatar universe there seems to be an unwritten rule that characters always dress in their nations colours? I know the reason they did it is so that the audience knows where certain characters are from.
Brought to my attention in Legend of Korra when Bolin assumes that Korra is a waterbender because of her clothes. Well, she is a waterbender, but as the Avatar she is also an earthbender, a firebender and (eventually) an airbender.
So I drew Sokka in Earth Kingdom gear and Toph in Water Tribe gear. Enjoy!
